Terms and Conditions – z777game Pakistan Betting Platform Rules

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("Member", "you") and z777game ("z777game", "we", "us", "the Platform"). They govern all activities on the z777game website and any associated mobile products, including sports betting, casino games, poker, promotions and any other services offered through the Platform.

z777game is operated under a valid international gaming licence. The Platform is designed and operated specifically for Pakistani users and processes all transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via locally supported payment methods including Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard.

By registering an account or placing a bet at z777game, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, that you are legally permitted to engage in online betting activities in your jurisdiction, that you have read and understood these Terms in full, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use any z777game service.

2. Account Registration

To use z777game services you must register an account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Pakistani mobile number and a unique password. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date.

• Each individual may hold only one account at z777game at any time. Multiple accounts created by the same person — whether using different names, email addresses or mobile numbers — are prohibited and will result in all accounts being closed.
• You must be at least 18 years of age to register. z777game will conduct age verification checks and may request documentary proof of age (such as a valid CNIC or passport) at any time.
• Accounts may not be registered or operated on behalf of another person. Account sharing, account transfer and the selling of accounts are strictly prohibited.
• z777game reserves the right to request Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation — including CNIC, proof of address and proof of payment method — before processing any withdrawal or approving any bonus. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. z777game will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to secure your password.
• You must notify z777game immediately at support@z777game.ws if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

3. Deposits and Payments

z777game accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following approved payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, Visa and Mastercard. No other payment methods are currently accepted.

• The minimum deposit at z777game is Rs 500. There is no maximum deposit limit, though z777game reserves the right to apply transaction limits as part of its anti-money laundering (AML) obligations.
• All deposits must be made from payment accounts or cards registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and will trigger an immediate security review.
• Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits are credited to your z777game account instantly in normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits may take up to two banking hours depending on the time of submission.
• z777game does not charge any transaction fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges — please check with them directly.
• Any deposit found to have been made fraudulently, using stolen credentials, or through a disputed payment method will be reversed. The associated account will be suspended and the matter may be referred to law enforcement.
• z777game complies with applicable AML and counter-terrorism financing regulations. Unusual deposit patterns may be reported to relevant authorities as required by law.

4. Withdrawals

Withdrawals at z777game are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for the qualifying deposit. z777game aims to process all withdrawal requests within the timeframes stated below, subject to completed KYC verification.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. The maximum single withdrawal amount is subject to your account VIP tier and may be adjusted upon request for verified high-volume members.
• Standard account withdrawals are processed within same day to 24 hours of request submission during business hours. VIP Gold members receive processing within 4 hours. Diamond VIP members receive near-instant processing.
• Withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically available in the recipient wallet within minutes of z777game confirming the transaction. IBFT withdrawals may take up to one additional banking business day depending on your bank.
• z777game reserves the right to request KYC documentation before approving any withdrawal. Members who have not previously completed full verification should expect a standard 24–48 hour review period on their first withdrawal.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to payment accounts registered in the same name as the z777game account. Mismatched name withdrawals will not be processed and the member will be asked to update their details.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived solely from bonus play may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied in full. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements will result in the bonus balance being forfeited.
• z777game does not charge withdrawal fees. Your payment provider's standard charges may apply.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

z777game offers a range of bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, free bets, reload bonuses, cashback offers, accumulator bonuses and VIP Club rewards. Every promotion has specific terms that apply in addition to these General Terms. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms prevail.

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement unless explicitly stated otherwise. The wagering requirement specifies how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, where stated) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made. This information is stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Bonuses are valid for a limited period from the date of issue. Unused bonuses or those with unsatisfied wagering requirements at expiry will be removed from the account without compensation.
• z777game reserves the right to apply a maximum qualifying bet restriction when wagering with bonus funds. Bets exceeding this limit may not contribute to wagering requirements or may be voided.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per member, per household, per IP address and per payment method. Any attempt to claim multiple welcome bonuses using different accounts or payment details constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account closure.
• Accumulator bonuses at z777game apply to qualifying multi-leg bets where each selection meets the minimum odds threshold stated in the promotion terms. The bonus is calculated on the base winnings and paid as real withdrawable balance.
• z777game reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any modification does not adversely affect bets already placed in good faith under the previous terms.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim offers, using coordinated betting strategies to exploit promotions, or placing opposing bets across multiple accounts — will result in immediate bonus forfeiture, account suspension and potential withholding of related winnings.

6. Sports Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting activity at z777game across all markets and sports, including cricket, football, tennis, basketball and all other sports offered on the Platform.

• All bets are accepted at z777game's sole discretion. z777game reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any bet at any time without providing a reason, including in cases where the odds were manifestly incorrect due to a technical error.
• The minimum single bet stake is Rs 50. Maximum stake limits vary by market and are displayed on the bet slip at the time of placement.
• Bets are settled according to the official result as declared by the relevant sporting authority. z777game will wait for the official confirmation of a result before settling markets. In the event of an appeal or result reversal after z777game has settled a market, we are not obliged to re-settle the market unless a formal correction is issued within 48 hours of the original settlement.
• For cricket, bets on a match that is abandoned, cancelled or reduced in overs before reaching the minimum required overs threshold will be void and stakes returned, unless a Duckworth-Lewis method result has been officially declared.
• For football, bets will stand regardless of the match being played at a neutral venue unless z777game has already published the fixture as a neutral venue match. In-play bets accepted after an incorrect score has been displayed due to a technical error may be voided.
• Live in-play bets at z777game are accepted subject to market availability and connection conditions. z777game cannot guarantee the availability of in-play markets for any specific fixture. Bets confirmed on the bet slip before a market is suspended will stand.
• Accumulator bets require all selections to win for the bet to pay out. Any voided selection in an accumulator is removed from the bet and the overall odds are recalculated based on the remaining selections.
• Cash Out values offered by z777game on qualifying bets reflect current market conditions at the moment of the cash out request. Cash out is not guaranteed to be available throughout the lifetime of a bet and may be suspended at any time.

7. Casino, Slots and Poker

These rules apply to all casino, jackpot slot, live dealer and poker products available at z777game.

• All casino games at z777game use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Jackpot slot games use certified progressive jackpot systems. The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are available within the game's information panel.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game or poker hand, z777game's server records will determine the outcome. Any bet confirmed by the server before disconnection will stand.
• Jackpot winnings are paid in full subject to successful account verification. Jackpot wins above Rs 500,000 may require an enhanced verification review before funds are released.
• Poker games are player versus player. z777game does not participate in poker hands and earns revenue only through the rake — a small percentage of each pot, details of which are published in the poker section of the Platform.
• Collusion between poker players — including sharing hand information, chip dumping, or coordinating to eliminate other players — is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of winnings.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited at z777game and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds and, where appropriate, reporting to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account or registering in a false name
• Using stolen, borrowed or fraudulently obtained payment credentials
• Placing bets using insider information or knowledge of corrupted sporting outcomes
• Attempting to manipulate the outcome of any game through software, exploits or technical interference
• Using automated betting bots, scripting tools or any software that interacts with z777game without human input
• Coordinating bets across multiple accounts to guarantee profits regardless of outcome (arbitrage through account abuse)
• Engaging in any form of money laundering through the Platform
• Harassing, threatening or abusing z777game customer support staff
• Reproducing, distributing or commercially exploiting any content from the z777game Platform without express written permission
